Gateway Mini OPEN - HOW IT WORKS.
The Gateway Mini Open is open to all Golfers. Each Golfer will register online and pay their $20.00 registration fee. The
prize for the Open is $500.00. The winner will also receive their USPMGA Master's $100.00 registration fee paid.
Gateway Mini Open's role is to provide a quality event while promoting the region.
Concerts:
The Gateway Mini Open and the Putt Putt Pub Crawl are both on Saturday September 30th where as many as 10
St. Charles Pubs will have three bands from around the United States playing to as many as 4000 people. Bands wishing to
participate in the Putt Putt Pub Crawl may register at; www.SonicBids.com/puttputtpubcrawl/ 100% of Gateway Mini Open Golfer
registration fees, above the $500.00 prize, will be donated to the The Smile Train.

Gateway Mini Open:
From 12:00pm - 5:00pm with the winner having the best score. In the event of a tie, there will be a tie-breaking hole at
Main Street Bistro where those tied will play until there is a definitive winner. The Pub Crawl will follow immeadiately
once all Open golfers have completed their round.
Enrollment:
Golfers who wish to participate can register online by clicking the Registration button. Online registration will end
Friday September 29th 2006. The registration fee is 20USD$ per Golfer. This fee must be paid via PayPal to
dbrewster@dimbyville.com.
The last time to register and pay the fee is 11:00am Saturday September 30th.
We STRONGLY recommend that golfers register as soon as possible.
Our staff will contact Golfers soon after they have registered, to acknowledge receipt of their registration.
Golfers, once registered, who, for whatever reason, no longer wish to participate will forfeit their registration fee.

By submitting this form, all Golfers agree to the rules and conditions set forth by the organizers of the Gateway Mini Open.
Each Golfer will be required to sign in at the registration booth at least one hour on day of the Open. Any Golfer not
registered on time will be disqualified from competition and WILL forfeit their fees paid. This will be strictly enforced.
